PJ Half Marathon 2007

Yeah bay...be!!!

Time: 1.51.20
Position: 73rd

Time improved 12 minutes, position jumped 120!!!! what else can I ask for ... Alhamdulilah.
It was weird because everything worked for me...
- woke up on time, most important ... ber#@, left the house at 5am, reached the stadium at 5.30. Sesat sikit je ...
- Managed to get a good parking ...
- Makan, warm up sikit, sembahyang terus kat padang ...
- warm up lagi .... ber@# lagi ... macam somebody pulak ...
- 2nd row, at the starting line, BANG!!! lari ....
- wheather was perfect, mendung je ...
- water at water station cukup ... sponging station ok also
- kaki ok, pain in calf but manageble, just breath ..
- Finishing ok

Met Abu, Saiful (fresh from GS - Bentong), Zulazlan (hang pecut berdesing teliga aku ....), Nurina ( finally), my ex Lecturer, Azmar, dll

This weekend PJ half. I must go because I got to a position to defend ... 193rd ... kahkahkah ... Time to beat: 2.03.49. Last weekend managed to do Hartamas. Pegi - 53 mins, Balik - 56 mins. Total = 1.49mins. Semalam lari pukul 7.30pm - 5.5km, 28 mins.

45.38 ... babe!!!!

This is my real 45mins. 45 mins at the Police Run was artificial. Time 2.27 is truly amazing ...

What is even more happening is my team mate Sue Wills got 1st in her sprint age category. She is still smiling today ... Well Done Sue!!!!

Well done all of you triathletes ... jelessssss nyer akuuuu!!!!!

You know, this bring back my memory last year where I was mumbling to myself here, why I can't go faster than 55mins for 10km. Well ... here u go ... time is the best coach. I might as well mumble here why I can't swim like you all ...
